The countdown is on to Repco Rev Up Whangarei 2019!

This year, on the 27th April it’s our 3rd year and it’s going to be better than ever, we will have more vehicles on display plus Bikes & Trikes (No Gang Patches permitted), more entertainment and fabulous prizes.

 

Open to the public, spectators' entry is free however we will have gold coin donation buckets floating around the event, all proceeds going direct to Whangarei Youth Space. Entrants assemble from 7:00 AM)

 

Registrations open now, make sure you register as soon as possible before space runs out. Entry limited to 300 vehicles. Entry packs will be sent out early April 2019.

 

All net proceeds this year go to our charity Whangarei Youth Space providers of free youth health and youth development services, programs and activities for 12-24 year olds in our city. Whangarei Youth Space is a safe and fun place where you can meet friends, get involved in what’s on, find a mentor, access health services and get education, training and employment support. 

 

 


 

Ticket Information

Entrants registered by 31 March 2019 go in the draw to win (Wynn Fraser prize package retail value $2499). Tickets give entrants Full Access to the Event plus Goodie Bag. All vehicles must have a current registration and a current warrant of fitness.

 

All driver entrants must hold a NZ drivers’ licence and must comply with all NZ Driver Licence rules in all facets of the event. Unregistered vehicles must be trailered to the event.

 

Cars, Pickups & Caravans Entry: $20.00

(Note: You only need to enter your vehicle, your passengers are free) The event is for Hot Rods, Custom Built vehicles, Muscle Cars, Performance Cars and cool Classic Cars of special interest. Any vehicles outside this criteria can be emailed through to info@revupwhangarei.co.nz along with a photo for approval by the show committee.


Motorbikes & Trike Entry: $20.00

(Note: You only need to enter your Bike/Trike, your passengers are free) We are seeking “cool rides” and classic bikes rather than the standard street bike. Any bike/trike outside this criteria can be emailed through to info@revupwhangarei.co.nz along with a photo for approval by the show committee.

The event will go ahead (excluding extreme bad weather) Rain or shine. Register online to secure your slot in the event. On the day registrations may not be available. The event committee reserves the right to decline any vehicle we feel does not fit with the criteria of the event. All vehicles must have current WOF and Rego unless trailered to the event.

 

Afternoon Cruise

Once the Rev Up event draws to a close in town all entrants are invited to cruise out to the amazing Packard Motor Museum on SH 14 Maungatapere. The team there are offering a discounted entry fee of $10 each and this museum is well worth a visit even if you have been before there is always something new to view. 

 

Saturday Evening

The fun continues; cruise the town and do a few laps before heading to one of the local bar & restaurants offering a range of meals and entertainment.
